The Student Club Activity Information System has opened for registration for the new semester (Semester 114-1) starting at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 2. All student clubs are required to update their registration online.

  1. To streamline the process, club registration must be completed electronically, no need to submit paper copies:
(Please fill out the 114-1 Club Registration Electronic Form:
    https://forms.gle/p73ugJ62GDbRNTSW7)
  2. All clubs must complete the 114-1 Basic Information Form online, not just for clubs undergoing club presidential elections.
  3. If the club undergoes club presidential elections (including re-election of the same person), you must also upload the Club Election & Handover Record Form, additionally.
    • Please check the Student Club/Society Officer Bylaws to see if the club is semester based, academic year based, or annual based to determine whether you would need a re-election.
  4. Detailed registration steps are as follows:
    • Complete the Basic Information Form on the Student Club Information System.
    • If your club will conduct a leadership transition in the 114-1 semester, prepare the Club Election & Handover Record Form (please see the below attachment).
    • Send the completed documents to your advisor for approval via email, and wait for their consent.
    • Upload the Basic Information Form, advisor’s approval (PDF the email chain), and Election & Handover Record Form to the online form for review.
  5. According to the “NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY Regulations for Autonomous Student Organization and Student Club Counseling” all student clubs must complete registration one week prior to the start of each semester. Failure to do so may result in suspension of activity applications, venue and equipment reservations, and other administrative support by the Student Activity Division and related units. If a club fails to register for four consecutive semesters, it will be automatically deactivated. To resume activities, the club must submit a separate reactivation application.
